GAEMS

Good morning gentlemen!

I know I haven't posted in a while, I'm a very bad man. On the plus side, I have returned to bless you all with my ramblings.

So, what have you chaps been getting up to over the weekend?

I got Fallout 3 (PC) at the recommendation of a pal; I know, I'm a little behind the times. I've been playing it a lot over the past few days, and I'm really enjoying it so far. If I knew Bethesda were the ones behind Fallout 3 I would've been on the bandwagon a long time ago. Yes, I love Bethesda. The story is great so far, and combat is quite challenging at times which is a nice change from most games. I also enjoy the setting, particularly the music. I can't wait to get New Vegas when I've finished this one, but I gather it could take me some time as I have the GOTY Edition, with all the DLC included.

Question time! Have any of you played Fallout 3 or New Vegas? What are your opinions on the older titles that were PC/Mac exclusive?

Tuesday's "woman for you to ogle at" is..

Emma Frain, apparently;

PREFERENCES.

We all have preferences in life. Some of us like our egg yokes hard, others like them soft. Some ladies wax their legs, while others shave. Some of you prefer the efficiency of a German Audi over the exoticness of an Italian Ferrari.

My question to you gentlemen is this; what is your preference in terms of (sexual) partners? I'm assuming you're all classy scholars, so I expect to see a wide variety of tastes and styles. We're not really talking about your one night stand preferences, those are boring; I want to know your long-term relationship partner preferences.

We're talking looks, interests, personality types, style, beliefs, the lot.

My preferences are;
  • Petite and cute; preferably brunette, though I also enjoy blondes and girls with unnaturally dyed hair (i.e. vibrant red / peroxide blonde - provided she can pull it off )
  • Good sense of style and hygiene is a must
  • Interest in literature and film
  • Fairly fucked-up sense of humour (can handle my "politically incorrect" jokes and remarks, as well as my laughing at the misfortune of others [video related])
  • Easy-going; doesn't stress out too easily, can just chill out and take life as it comes
  • Loves music, gigs, and clubbing.
  • Fairly liberal in terms of political leanings / lifestyle choices (i.e. OK with recreational drug use, drinking alcohol recreationally, sex before marriage, accepting of homosexual relationships, etc.)
  • Introverted, but able to stand up for her beliefs when challenged.
I've been in a relationship for the best part of a year now, and pretty much all of my boxes have been ticked. I'm a rather lucky man and I know it.

Get posting your ideal partner preferences gentlemen. This is the man/woman you could be spending the rest of your life with, so choose carefully.

Some cute brunettes for you to gawk at;

This gave me a good chuckle, enjoy:

FUCK THAT HURT.

Injuries.

How many of you gentlemen have broken yourself in the past? I fractured my collarbone about a year ago, and it was the single most painful experience of my life. I could feel my pulse beating where the break occurred, and it hurt like a bitch to move in any way, shape, or form.

After getting an X-Ray it was confirmed that my left clavicle had been broken in two places, and was essentially a mess between the two breaks.

For the months that ensued I was in a fair amount of pain, I think I was on Co-Codamol 30mg for a while. I would often wake up in the middle of the night in agony after having rolled onto the affected area. The worst thing in the aftermath was showering; trying to lift your arm to wash your gentlemanly pits was excruciatingly painful.

I also had shitty School attendance for a couple of weeks while I was laid up in bed barely able to move; hardly ideal for your Upper Sixth year.

So, what injuries have you bros experienced in your lifetime? How painful or serious were they? Do you still have any problems? (I have a stiff neck) Did you, or are you intending on taking those responsible to court?

I'd take her to court, ifyaknowwhatimean:

THE WILDERNESS (DOWNTOWN)

'sup fuckers?

It's an interactive website, built using HTML5. It impressed me, so I figured I'd post it here and see what you gentlemen make of it.

For best results use Google Chrome; Firefox works horridly, I haven't tested IE.

It's worth installing Chrome just to experience this, even if you never use it again.

I'll link you again, just because I'm such a gentleman.

Enjoy bros!

Good Afternoon, Gentlemen.

I haven't posted in a bit as I've been a tad busy this weekend, but in the next hour or so I intend on catching up on all the blogs I'm following. I've been doing a hell of a lot of exercise since I'm no longer ill, I spent time with the missus, played around with Sony Vegas, studied quite a bit, watched a fuckton of House, and played battlefield. So, what have you gentlemen been up to this weekend? Post below.

Here's a Bad Company 2 video I made on vegas, enjoy, or don't:

Oh and I couldn't forget the daily dosage of diddies:

THAT BOY NEEDS THERAPY.

OH LAWDS MY DICK IS COVERED IN NOSTALGIA.

(This is the first of a series of posts on nostalgia).

The Avalanches - Frontier Psychiatrist

Damn bros, I love this song / video. Has to be one of my favourites ever, just for the sheer "wat." factor, and general awesomeness. I hadn't heard this tune for a while, then out of the blue a friend of mine had it on in his car; I nostalgia'd so hard that I'm 12 and what is this?

Enjoy the tune bros.

My question to you is this however gentlemen - which songs make you nostalgia hard? Preferably they will have an added "wat." factor, though this is not a requirement.

SUDDENLY, NOSTALGIA-TITS.

Tanya, Red Alert 2

AND...

(Some slut dressed as) Chun Li, Street Fighter.

Classy As Fuck.

You're a classy gentleman, right? Of course you are bro, damn.

Check this shit out.

It's pretty much the most awesome thing ever. Leave this mother open while you lurk, and you can experience the sounds of rainfall, coupled with some classy jazz. You can even enjoy the visual experience of a gentleman's fire, if you so desire.

Yep, this is classy. Enjoy bros.

You didn't think I'd forget the classy titties did you?

Classy.

YOU'RE A FUCKING WIZARD..

.. WHO JUST SUMMONED A LEVEL 65 SLUT.

Anyway. Some of you have most likely seen this before, but to those who haven't, brace yourselves; it's a GMOD video put together by a couple of Scotsmen, and it's fucking fantastic. A friend of mine brought it to my attention a couple of weeks ago. The first minute or so is misleading, having the viewer assume the video will be utter repetitive shite. Things get considerably better as the video progresses however, and it had me pissing myself (literally, shit did not go down well) towards the end - all this, despite the fact that I think Harry Potter is for shitters. Enjoy gentlemen.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 - Vietnam

Dose of relatively SFW ladymeat, as standard:

Moving on.

This (relatively) new trailer has me itching to play, the cinematics and soundtrack are fantastic. If bubble choppers are a vehicle option I'll be sooooo happy.

New maps, weapons, vehicles, factions and swearing yanks, what's not to like?

Thoughts, loyal readers?

You Know What Time It Is.

Obligatory tits;

GAEM TIME.

I play everything from RTS, to FPS, to sports games. For a full-ish list, see my xfire profile.

Currently I mostly play Battlefield Bad Company 2, and a little TF2 or L4D2 from time to time; all PC master race, naturally.

Feel free to add me in BC2 if you like. If you want to add me on steam just shoot a message and I'll give you my addy. I mostly only play TF2/L4D2 on Steam, and I used to be big into CS:S back in the day, but would be up for a game sometime.

So, what games do you play bros?

Post below!

Check this out, you depressing bastards.

Diddies.

So, just how
depressed are you miserable fucks?

The internet has an answer. (it's a link)

My fairly boring results:

DisorderYour Score
Major Depression:Very Slight
Dysthymia:Very Slight
Bipolar Disorder:Very Slight
Cyclothymia:Slight
Seasonal Affective Disorder:Slight-Moderate
Postpartum Depression:N/A
Take the Depression Test

Enjoy Bros, and post your depressing results below.

AUDIO PICNIC.

Check this shit out.

It's Northern Ireland's Number One Podcast. You know that shit's good.

My summary; an amazing blend of music from many genres, hilarious anecdotes and a variety of pieces from four comedic geniuses.

No review will do these men justice, they are all that is wrong with the world to many people - yet to me they are the upholders of truth, they are a bastion of justice, they are a tiny flicker of hope in the dying fire of modern comedy. They are fucking class, and you should listen, now.

My rating? Fucking listen to the podcasts and enjoy the site's many other features.. No doubt you'll be greeted by a pair of tits on the homepage, so just be prepared for that one Chief.

God speed, Gentlemen.

Read this (Please)

HOLY SHIT.

Filthy Bastards. Now that I have your attention, fine scholars, feel free to read on.

This is the first post on my blog (durr). Best make it a good one, or my 1 follower might just lose interest.

So, what the hell is this blog all about? Well I'll give you the low-down.

I will most likely be posting interesting anecdotes about my daily encounters, as well as memorable events that have happened to me in the past; perhaps a collection of humourous quotes too short to warrant an entire post on their own.

I will also be posting reviews (and then some, if you know what I mean. eh? eh..?) of music, television, and other "media-related material" I happen to come across in my travels (cough).

I may review the odd piece of technology I buy; be that a new phone, a television, a PC game or even a SNES game. I'm undecided on all of this thus far, so we'll see what I can be bothered doing / what you fucks want, shall we?

I'll also definitely be linking to interesting shit I find online, which could range from being a blog I deem worthy of posting, to some hardcore midget wrestling porn bloopers.

The world is my osyter, and I, good sirs, intend to shit in that oyster.

I may also be soliciting the help of my close pals to keep the blog updated if they feel like it (you lazy wankers,) I guess we'll just have to see how that pans out though. Or not. Whatever.
